The Metro EDGE :: In the Mix brewery tour was a success with a great group of attendees and an educational and delicious tour of the Sudwerk Brewery in Davis, CA. Masterbrewer Jay Prahl gave a great tour full of intriguing tidbits and shared his the extensive knowledge of the brewing process. Sudwerk is unique in Northern California, brewing balanced German-style craft beers in the middle of a region gone mad for hops. Between stops along the tour, EDGErs had a chance to get to know each other and connect over a common interest an new experience. We continue to work towards our goal of engaging the young professional community.
