The Metro EDGE Leadership Council consists of young leaders who represent various business, nonprofit, and government sectors. We are committed to stimulating innovation, providing a platform for meaningful conversation within our region, and contributing to our community as business and civic leaders.   • Being on the Leadership Council gives you the chance to show your expertise, steer important conversations, and bring about real change.
  • The Leadership Council challenges each other to think and act with multiple perspectives and opportunities in mind.
  • Being on the Leadership Council is a substantial resume booster. You'll gain valuable leadership experience by learning how to manage volunteers and lead strategic committee meetings.

Leadership Council Applications:

  • Application: Leadership Council Applications open September 15, 2021 and are due by 5 p.m. October 15, 2021. Applicants will be notified of the selection by November.
  • Eligibility: interested candidates must be a current member of Metro EDGE and are expected to maintain membership during their entire term.
  • Commitment: Committee Chairs are expected to serve at minimum a 1-year term. Committee Vice Chairs are suggested to serve a 2-year term with the second year serving as the Committee Chair.
