I love Sacramento. Like so many people born in the region, I left expecting bigger and better things in different cities, but quickly realized Sacramento is where I wanted to be. Sacramento is my home, and an awesome home at that. The longer I live in this city, the more people I meet with a common goal: to make our region a destination.

I joined Metro EDGE in 2013 with the goal of meeting other young professionals, developing my own skills and network, and improving my community. As a Metro EDGE member, I get to do all of those things and more. Working with fellow civic­-minded young professionals is inspiring and empowering.

I look forward to another awesome year and an epic Emerge Summit.
